The problem seems to be related to the Archive Menu. The old template remains until one of the archive links is 'Clicked', this brings up the Feb. posts with the updated template. Must see how this works on another computer.

Made changes to template. Saved and re published but changes have not been transferred to my Blog ?? Contacted Blogger Support their Reply:-

This is probably a problem with your browser or computer. You might want
to try to clear the cookies in your browser or try opening your page using
a different browser.

Hi
I have made a modification to the template of my Blog. Even though the
published update was accepted the old template remained on my computer.
Some 2 hours later I called up my Blog on a friends computer. The new
template was shown, later when I got home I tried again on my computer
and the old template remained. Has this something to do with the
'history' or similar features carried on my computer. 7/8 hours have
elapsed since I first republished my Blog.
